- As the Founder, CEO, Senior Designer and Project Lead...you can say this woman does it all!

- She doesn't have children, but this company is her baby. Simpli-Fli was born with the ideology that people need HELP. Quality help. Help from highly competent, detailed, and trustworthy people to help manage busy lives and make day to day life easier.

- The company name is a play on words which convey what we deliver and the things people find challenging to do themselves. We make Organizing simpler, we make Moves simpler, we make Design simpler, we make Living simpler. We also do it with pizzaz! Not only are we 'fly', we believe that simple can be 'fly.' Simpli-Fli.

- Our clients experience the magic...we create the unicorn experience. That's the brand, that's also the job, and this is the value our client's are buying into.

STACEY FICK

- As a Sourcing Specialist, she is the power behind the throne. You may never see her face beyond this page, but you will feel her impact when items are sourced to perfection, delivery happens seamlessly, and vendors deliver quality work at competitive rates.

- In our world, things can go awry real fast. She runs interference, troubleshoots problems and keeps our project details up to date and organized.

- Her favorite item to source, light fixtures! They epitomize form and function. 

- Has there been a problem we were not able to solve? her answer "no".

- When she is not coordinating chaos, she is #GrandmaCore. Reading and Cross Stich is the name of her game.

- Driving around on a beautiful day...windows open, music blaring, coffee from Dunkin...this is her happy place.

NATALIE KIESEL

- As a Project Assistant, she is 2nd chair to the Professional Unicorn. Her job description basically says you have to have 2 brains. One isn't really enough.

- She has to MacGyver solutions in the moment, as things are unfolding in front of her. This requires her to be agile, creative and relentless. Work smarter not harder!

- She loves this job because each project is different from the next.

- If you ask her if there is anything we won't do; her response is 'Simpli-Fli will match your freak!' just kidding! ;) but really, we get ourselves into some strange tasks that most people would not expect.

- When she is not MacGyver-ing a solution for her Project Lead, she is at the gym or in her yard.

- Her favorite way to relax is snuggling with the fur babies. Pip, Luna and Phoebe are all the company she needs. #stayathomeclub

TRICIA GLANZ

- As a Project Coordinator, she bounces between sourcing, logistics, design and project site duties. Talk about a Jane of all Trades!

- She has to stay Organized, Creative...and lets call a spade a spade...she's a Diva! Not only is her makeup always on point, she does not shy away from telling a vendor how it is.

- She loves this job because each day is different from the next and our close-knit work environment promotes learning and collaboration.

- One thing she wishes everyone knew about us, is that we are an all female team! 

- When she is not being OCD at work, she is an OCD hostess. But be warned, if there is trance music playing...you'll find her on the dance floor. 

- Her favorite way to relax is having a glass of Muscadet in hand while churning out delightful repast for others to enjoy.

What makes you different from other companies?

The breadth of our services are intertwined to support a lifestyle which means we just do everything BETTER. We ORGANIZE better because we do Interior Design. We DESIGN better because we do Professional Organizing. We make the MOVE experience better because we are Organizers and Designers. Our clients LIVE better because we have intimate knowledge of how various industries work. This makes us uniquely equipped to set standards and hold vendors accountable. Clients can trust us to consult and project manage in the way they themselves would, if they could. Our value is to be valuable. We don't do things just for the hype, to be trending or to only look good on the surface. Our clients invest in us...and we are invested in them. We don't just lay a cookie cutter template on our projects. We BECOME our clients. Their priorities become our priorities. Their wants become our wants. Their aesthetic become our aesthetic. Their goals become our goals. We obsessively advocate for the interests of our clients. We are definitely neurotic, but in the best way. At least this is what we have been told.

I have a business, Do you do any commercial work?

Absolutely! Businesses have similar needs. They need to be organized, they move offices, work spaces need furnishings and space planning. Businesses really need to make every dollar count and optimize efficiencies as much as possible. We have done several projects with businesses including ones in the Beauty Industry, various Professional Offices, as well as Non Profit Organizations.

I have just one thing I want to work on…can you help me with that?

Don't hesitate to reach out and talk to us about this one thing. If we are not the best fit for your goals, we are certainly happy to provide some guidance on how to find what you need. Our service model does lend itself to more holistic projects. One drawer or one space may provide instant gratification, but this rarely solves the problem itself and it often means there will be a high risk of reversion. We like to solve the problem vs an itch you want to scratch. In order to do that, we have to understand how everything needs to work together. This creates a change which will last longer and we believe this has much better value in the long run.

What do you charge for your services?

We charge a flat rate for a Project Proposal. This can range from $500 to $1500, depending on the expected scope to be assessed. Once we put together a Project Proposal, you decide if you wish to proceed with our services.

Projects require a combination of different resources, so our model is set up to charge hourly. Each type of personnel and skills will have different hourly rates. Those change year by year so it's important to reach out to us about our latest rates.

Will you provide a free consultation?

When you first reach out to us, we will do a meet and greet call at no charge. This allows us to get to know you and learn more about your project. If it sounds like we are a good fit for your needs and goals, we will book the Project Assessment appointment to create a Project Proposal. We don't do a Project Proposal for free.

How long does a project take from start to finish?

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project in the Project Proposal. Depending on the scope and the nature of the work, our projects will take at least 60 days. Nothing happens overnight, however, if you have a particular deadline you wish for us to meet; we will do everything within our power to make that happen. It is best to reach out to us sooner rather than later so we are set up for success. We usually work 3-10 projects (of various sizes) at a time.
